We hope that you are delighted with your products.
However, if for any reason at all you are not completely satisified with your pH Advantage Online purchase, simply return your product(s) within 30 days from delivery and we will be happy to refund the cost of your purchase.
If you return items due to dissatisfaction with the efficacy of the products you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of your product(s) to us. Please ensure that the products are wrapped securely and sent by Recorded Delivery to the address below. Please retain your Proof of Postage.
We will refund you for the returned goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within seven days of receiving them, provided that you have returned them to us in reasonable condition with minimal usage at our distribution centre (address below) within 30 days of delivery.
If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange them or offer you a refund (inclusive of the initial delivery charge).
Please notify us of your wishes immediately by calling our Customer Services Team on 0800 917 8130 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or by sending us an email to email@example.com. We will then post you a self addressed pre-paid envelope for you to use to return your products to us.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
These policies are only applicable to purchases made online. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made within a retail location.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Please note we reserve the right not to make any refund or not to refund the initial delivery charges, at our discretion, if we believe a significant amount of the products returned to us have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
